Hi,

When I enable the coupon code the form field is displayed on the bottom of the form like its part of the last question group. Can this field get its own header/title?

Are you wanting to add a label there that says something like Enter Discount code?

yes.

It look out of place now (eg right under streetname or email of attendee)

The promo code section in the registration form is ouput in templates/registration_page_display.php line 221. So if you copy registration_page.php and registration_page_display.php from plugins/espresso/templates to uploads/espresso/templates, you can then edit registration_page_display.php to add a wrapper div around line 221.
