Promotional Codes in percentage not working correctly

I have a problem with the promotional codes (Version 3.1.24.1.P installed). I want to give free access when using a promo code, so I set 100 as a percentage discount. Unfortunately this does not work and the regular price appears. Also, when I fill in 25%, a 75% discount is applied. See screenshotenter image description here

We will be releasing an update shortly to fix the discount code issues. Note that you’ll need to update the members add-on and groupon add-on if you are using these as well once these updates are available.

This should be fixed in the latest versions of EE and the addons that were released today.
