I set up my code, turned it on in the events and checked the box. When I turn on in shopping cart – I get the box but also a lot of code next to it shows, and when you fill in the box nothing happens. Any suggestions, I need to get this working by tomorrow for our anniversary email to go out. Thanks!
Can you send in admin credentials to the form here: login-creds? I would like to see the code that appears to try to track down the problem, and it will probably be easier for everyone if we log in, rather than a long complicated back-and-forth here. Thanks.
I found the problem on line 108 of templates/shopping_cart.php. The html is broken up over several lines to improve readability, which is not normally a problem, but somehow on your setup the newline characters in the html are getting converted to html break tags. I removed the newline characters, so the html is all on one line, which fixed the problem, but I had some ftp problems and I wasn’t able to copy the modified file into uploads/espresso/templates to preserve the change from updates. Do you know if you are hosted on a Windows server? It might explain the php file parsing problem and the ftp problems that I was experiencing.
No we are not hosted on a windows server. Can you email me the modified files? – otherwise, let me check the ftp. I apologize for any issues you are having on that front.
