Promotional Code isn't applying – still shows payment is due

I have entered a registration on the backend and applied a discount code. It shows as a negative amount in the details but still shows that the attendee owes the money. What else do I need to do? Thank you, Lauren

Hi there,

Is this a fixed dollar promotion or a percentage? I’m guessing fixed on your post but just checking.

What is the value of the transaction and what is the value of the promotion?

Are you applying the promotion code through the admin or front end?
