The promotional box is transparent and customers are not seeing it, causing phone calls.
Is there somewhere i can make a change to this?

Hi Gerrit,
It’s not that the field is transparent, but it’s set to white, with a white background behind it.
So what you can do is add some additional CSS to type that input to use a different colour, for example:
#ee-spco-payment_options-reg-step-form-payment-options-before-payment-options #ee-promotion-code-input {
background: #f2f2f2;
}
You can add that to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS
(Note you may need to add !important if your theme is overriding the above, so you would use background: #f2f2f2!important;, but try it without first)
The above sets the background of that input to be a light grey to match what your theme is doing elsewhere but you can use whichever colour you prefer.

Hi Gerrit,
My apologies, whilst investigating the above I accidentally reset your license key.
Doing so should have no negative effect and it will ‘re-link’ itself shortly but you will receive an email stating that the license key was reset with some instructions. You can follow those to re-link if you prefer or leave EE to do it itself.
