Hello,
I am using Promotion Add-on.
It’s working great.
But i would like to make promotion only on a line (article, part) of my event and not on the after the total.
I meant:
– I have a event with a 1-day ticket or 2-days ticket. After that, there is the possibility to have an extra-lunch on the evening.
I wish I could apply promotion on the 1-day ticket or 2-days ticket but not on the extra-lunch on the evening.
How can I do that?

Hi Phil,
I’m afraid the Promotions add-on does not have a feature to exclude a specific ticket from getting the discount applied to it. The one way to work around this would be to set the extra lunch to be a separate event, where that separate event does not accept promotion codes.

It’s a shame!
Of course I am going to do this in that way but that means people must register to 2 different events. That’s not so practical.
Even… I have no other choice!
Are you going to add this function on a new update. It’d be great.

Hi Phil,
We have plans to add a ‘ticket’ scope to promotions meaning a promotion can be applied to certain tickets and not others. You can view the request for that here:

However note we are working on other areas of the plugin currently so it is unlikely to be released ‘soon’ without sponsorship.
