Promotion codes

I created a promotion code for an event and selected the event but at the checkout page there is no option for users to input any codes.

Hi there,

Have you set the promotion to apply to all events?

If not, have you selected the event it should apply to within the promotion itself?

Is the promotion set to be global, or set to a specific event?

Originally scope was set to no and I checked the event in the metabox on the right. Then I said yes to the scope.

Hmm, can you link me to the event so I can add a test registration and view what is set on the request, please?
