Hi Support,

Can I ask, where does it show ‘Unavailable’?

In backend system, promotion code already mark as unavailable, means the code already enter use by participant

What does it show in the CSV? Just an empty cell?

But when export the csv repost, even is pending payment but the promotion code used should be list inside the csv report, but when search whole report, there no promotion code found as the image attached above

This cause we unable know who use the promotion code..

* this is 1 of the sample code, still having some code (unavailable) also not found in csv

Please assist

Thanks

Are you comfortable using PHPMyAdmin or similar to search tables?

In PHPMyAdmin open your database and go to search, enter the promo code in the search field and select the *_esp_line_item table – http://take.ms/tzT5i

It’ll find any rows in the table, hit browse and look for the TXN ID – http://take.ms/VKdEs

That tells you which transactions the promotion is linked to.

Then go to Event Espresso -> Transactions search for the TXN ID there, do you see the transaction listed?

Hi Support,
We search from Database, get the TXN ID of that promotion code
https://bit.ly/2qIkWzJ

But when find on Event Espresso -> Transactions with the TXN ID, there’s no this transaction ID found?
https://bit.ly/2JanUnz

How would this happen?

Please assist

Thanks

Did you check all of the views for transaction?

At the top of the list you’ll have multiple links to change the view abandoned and failed transactions.

Hi Support,
Ya, already select View all Transaction, and also try abandoned and failed transactions, using search bar to search the TXN ID also not found

Thanks

Barring the transaction and/or associated registrations getting deleted, you’ll be able to browse to the transaction directly by going to:
your.site/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_transactions&action=view_transaction&TXN_ID=69085

Hi Support,
Find by link, that record is “Abandoned”
But when search from CSV, the record not found is it because not insert “abandoned” record?

I check the list, there’s no “abandoned” list insert in CSV report, that’s why the record not found in csv, can the abandoned list also insert to csv report?

Please assist

Thanks

Generally no, it’s not intended for Abandoned transactions to be included in the CSV report. If you want to make that one particular transaction included in the CSV report, you could either manually apply a payment or click through to the Attendee Registered in the transaction. Then change the Registration status to Approved.
