Promotion code, use only once

We hold 12 events a year. Is there a way to give out a general promotion code to a group, where each person could only use the code once, for any event during the year, and each person only once? Thank you!

Hi there,

You would basically need to create a bunch of unique promotion codes with the ‘Total Number of Uses’ set to 1 and set them to apply globally.

Meaning they apply to all of your events but can only be used once and then are no longer valid.

You can’t have a promotion code that can only be used one per person but is the same code, for example, a code of ‘100OFF’ which a single user could only use once.

But you can have code 100OFF1, 100OFF2, 100OFF3 and each of those only be able to be used once.
