The customer is not shown the box to enter the code, and the code is not being accepted in the Transactions screen. The error message that is displayed says:
“The promotion code entered could not be processed for an unknown reason.
You are welcome to try a different promotion code or to try this one again to ensure it was entered correctly“.
Last successfully used mid-August, and the only thing that has changed recently is that WP updated itself last night.
Note – in order to test this I’m going to need to try applying that promotion code. I can either create a new registration on that event or if you prefer for me to test on one that has already been created please include details (the Transaction/Reg ID for example) on the form so I know where to test it.
