How can you limit usage of promo codes by person? My customer lost a class of 12 last night due to everyone using the same promo code that is only supposed to be used by a person who purchased a Groupon. Basically when she does a Groupon, the purchaser receives the promo code we generate in the backend of Event Espresso. the problem is, this person gave the code to her friends and everyone tried to get a free class. When the instructor told them they could not do this, everyone left. Also, they were using the code from the last time the purchased the groupon. So they never did buy another groupon, they used the same code.
The Social Voucher Add-on will limit the promo code usage to one time only. The standard promo code feature built into Event Espresso 3 does not have a feature that allow for limiting promo code uses.
