We have promotion codes for different regions. A region may have 10 codes that allow for those 10 people to register for free. If one person registers two people at the same time the code is applied once. Other than each individual registering separately is there a way to apply the code twice on one registration?

Hi there,
Not currently.
Promotions apply ‘per scope item’ and currently the promotions add-on allows you to set promotions to apply to Events. So when a user registers X tickets on an event and uses a promotion code, that promotion code is applied to the event, not the tickets within that event.
In order to do what you need, promotions would need to apply to tickets themselve which is not something we have available at this time (although we do have it on our roadmap for a future version).
