Hi. I have a promotion code that is definitely set up to subtract $646 from the original price. However when a user recently used the discount code, the system subtracted $650 from the price. Any idea why?

Have you tested the promotion code with the same ticket selections the user made?
Did it work as expected for you?

So the problem is, Why your customer subtracted with 650? Can you check the transaction if maybe, the user uses 2 promotion code?

Is that promotion code for a fixed discount code for a dollar amount of percentage discount?

:S Then I have no idea how it could apply a totally different value, it’s set on the promotion and not calculated based on the current line items.
Within your promotions table, you don’t have any other promotions that may have the same code do you?
