hello, I want to offer a discount for classes and see I need to add an extension. I’m unable to access it on your website, the page spins forever and then says “this product not associated with a recurly plan. Please fix.”?

I’ve just checked your account and can’t see any issues so before digging further I just wanted to confirm if this is still happening for you when you try to download the Promotions add-on?
