Running promo discount codes – works fine on events where the registration form is activated – ie single events/attendees. Cannot get promo code to show (so we cannnot test) on MER events. Have looked at the code in shopping_cart.php and it not like the commented out code version as mentioned in another post. Site is vpma-spvs-events.co.uk – Colourful Consultation should show the promo codes. Please advise asap please. Thanks

Hi Tim,
There’s an option in the Event Espresso > General Settings that asks “Allow discounts in the shopping cart?” where you can set it to yes to allow discounts in the shopping cart. If you don’t see that option there, then your likely running an older version of Event Espresso 3 and will need to update to the current version. The current version available now is Event Espresso 3.1.36.4.P.
