Did something change with the promo code addon? I believe the promo code and discount was shown on the transaction page, but it is no longer there. Additionally, when I click on the “view invoice” button, i get the message “There has been a critical error on this website.”

If I go back to a transaction from February, the discount is properly shown on the transaction page. Not there for newer transactions that used a promo code.

I can confirm that downgrading to the previous version does not have any effect on showing the accepted promo code on newer transactions that were discounted. It might have an impact on recording future discounted transactions properly, but that doesn’t solve this client’s current workflow issue with all recent transactions.

Sorry, due to a disastrous experience with another vendor before I got involved, this vendor will not share access to any of their code or data. Hopefully you can quickly replicate this in your environment.
