Promo Code option not showing at checkout

I have a new event that does not show the promo code option at checkout. Other events it is still showing. I’ve checked the promo setup and the event is correctly set for the desired event, and live and compared these settings to the event where it is not showing. I checked other threads for ideas but have not found anything that would resolve this presumably simple issue. TIA

The only difference I can see right now is that the functioning promo codes say active, the one not showing says upcoming.

D’uh, well that was the problem, wondering if the start time is time zone dependant for the USA and not where I have set this up which is currently NZ. Anyhoo, sorted.
