Hi I tried setting up a promo code
Police152018
to allow 15% off registration price, but at the checkout the code does not get applied. I played around with different settings and when clicking apply code, the page just goes to checkout with original price.
Is there a trick to making it work? I have looked at documentation. I must be missing something?

Hi there,
Normally this should just work, no tricks required. I checked your site and there is a script error on the checkout page:
TypeError: jQuery.datepicker is undefined
That error may be the result of a plugin conflict. Can you run through the steps outlined here to rule out a plugin conflict?

Hi Josh!
I have switched off all the plugins and the code started to work. I have then only switched on the plugins that i really need one by one and the code is still working.
I did not activate the following three as I dont really need them:
Photo Gallery
My Custom CSS
Insert Headers and Footers
Just for your information, in case is it useful for you. But otherwise the problem is solved, thank you so much for your time 😉
