We need set up an event that allows the use of promotional codes. For this event, there are codes that (by design) may result in a zero total – in other words, the registrant is able to register for free. That said, we cannot get the promo codes to work. Upon submit, if any promo code is applied, the registration page simply redraws. The user is not taken to a verification page, there is no error. Nothing. There is no attendee added to the event. Note that we’ve tested with promo codes that are both hard dollar discounts, percentages, and in amounts that do not result in a zero total. Any use of a promo code results in the above described behavior. The event is set to allow promo codes (Yes is selected from the dropdown) and the specific codes in question are checked. If the form is submitted without a promo code, the user is taken to the verification page as expected. Running WP 3.3 and EE 3.1.26P
