Hello, I would like to apply promo codes to specific tickets within an event. Can you please help? This could be a deal breaker with Event Espresso. If we can not offer this to our customers/attendees, then we will have to switch to a different event platform.

Having a hidden ticket that is accessed by a password will also solve the problem. Thanks.

Hi,
You could do either of the above if you can add some custom PHP code to your site.
To change a promo code so it’s only applicable for a specific ticket, you can add/modify this code snippet:
https://github.com/eventespresso/ee-code-snippet-library/blob/master/addons/eea-promotions/bc_ee_ticket_scope_promotions.php
To have a hidden ticket that’s accessed on a separate, password protected page, you can add/modify this code snippet:
https://github.com/eventespresso/ee-code-snippet-library/blob/master/templates/jf_ee_password_protect_ticket.php
You can add the above to a functions plugin or, if available, into your WordPress child theme’s functions.php file.
