Hi there – can you tell me how to set up a promo code in EE4…is that the best way to easily register folks on an event when they walk into my shop to sign up in person and pay cash/check versus signing up on their own online? thanks

Yes, it should be an easy setup and easy for your customer to use. they just need the discount code that you send to them, either through your mail list or posting it to your page or by something else.

We also have upcoming update on the EE promocode, where it automatically apply the promocode by just clicking the link. We will release that soon.

Thank you so. much I will try to get this set up thanks for the help. Another question I have an event type I use for folks to sign up for a membership registration donation….different levels of membership and different benefits….I set up a different event for each level….but technically they have no event “start time or date” and I want them to go on forever haha
if the event has started can folks actively register> ? I use this for ongoing membership registration so I put the end date in the year 2070 for now so far away to keep it active – here is the template I’m making right now before I Create a bunch of these

People can register to your event, depending what you set on the ticket.
