Product Creation inside of Infusionsoft

IS there a code that we could add to the functions plugin that would ONLY send the EVENT name to Infusionsoft as the product? Josh gave me a code to not send the Category and SKU – and I wonder if it could be expanded to not send the ticket name?

Hi there,

The code Josh gave you filters all the product details before they are sent to Infusionsoft, so yes, it could filter the ProductName to contain only the Event Name.

However, on your other thread HERE it sounds like your getting duplicate products in IS when updating an event, if that’s the case it may (or may not) be caused by altering the details that are sent to InfusionSoft so I recommend working through that before you change more details.

All products using just the event name may cause breakages, for example I’m not sure what will happen with an event with multiple tickets, both will have the same product name and now SKU to differentiate between them as you’ve removed it.
