I recently updated our website with a new theme. I attempted to do a test transaction. I am able to go to the page to fill out the contact information for the customer. After I fill it out, I click “Proceed to Payment Options” and it returns me to the customer information page. For some reason, it will not advance to the next page for the customer to put in the credit card information. I am using Authorize.net.
The first one to start with would be removing the multiple versions of jQuery loading on the page – http://take.ms/RbVI7
They could be done from within the theme (likely header.php or possibly your functions.php file), or another plugin being used to load that version of jQuery.
