Proceed to Registration

We have a multi event cart set with 5 long events. We placed the mini cart widget to appear in the upper right portion of the screen. We would like to add just the Proceed to Registration button to the bottom of the page as well since people are saying they don’t see the mini cart once they have scrolled down the page. How can we do this?
