After completing page one of the registration process and I click on “proceed to payment” and the page progresses – to the bottom of the next page.
I’ve looked everywhere and searched the forums to diagnose this but I haven’t had any luck.
I’m presuming this is a fault of how long my registration/question set is. Any ideas?

Hi David,
There’s a big blank area below the site footer, and it looks like something that’s being added by the WordPress theme. If you preview another WordPress theme while view that page (click on “Customize” on the WP toolbar) does the big blank area go away?

Hi Josh,
It does look to be theme related which means I need to start digging through the JS of the site, to see where the problem is! Gutted, hoped there was an easier solution.

Are you sure it’s JavaScript related?

Honestly I have no idea where to look to get to the bottom of this 🙂
I’ve looked into the page source and I see no reason that the page should be so long other than the previous page is long.
Unfortunately I’m now trying to adapt a new theme so can’t really even trouble shoot.
