Problems wuth the Espresso Services Plug-in

Hi I have just installed Event Espresso and have it running pretty well. The only problem I have come across is when I activated the Mobile Ticketing API v2.0.6 Now I have an error at the top of my page “This site is being powered by Event Espresso’s mobile ticketing application!” Theme is Eventure and the site is thetah.com.au Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also when I log on to the site using the mobile APP (iPhone) it returns “blog returned invalid data” Thanks.

Hi Nick,

The mobile app api does not get installed like a regular WordPress plugin. Deactivate and delete this from the plugins page.

Then unzip the mobile app api and upload the espresso services folder to the root WordPress directory on the server via FTP. See the ticketing documentation for further instructions: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-ticketing/#services
