PRoblems with Ticketing Templates

Hi – when i create new ticket templates I am able to select it from the drop down, however, only the index.php is used as default – no matter what one is selected in the ticket templates.

I have tried to move everything to the wp-content/uploads/…/templates as per the pdf read me, and deleted all template files from the ticketing folder but this also does not work.

i can see the name of my custom template, but when it comes to the ticket, only the index.php is used to create the ticket.

Any ideas?

Hello,

The ticketing template files must be copied to uploads/espresso/tickets/templates/

The files must also remain in the add on folder, please don’t delete them.

Did you copy the index.php file to the uploads folder as well?

What version of Event Espresso and Ticketing are you running ?

Hi Dean

I copied index.php over as well.

I copied them to uploads/espresso/tickets/templates/
which also made no difference, as index.php was still being used (with the custom CSS file that was chosen).

Using version 3.1.27
If I remove the index.php file i would get a page not found error.

Okay I have just checked again and now it is working, in your documentation it says that it should be put here:

wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates/tickets/templates

This path as you pointed out should be: wp-content/uploads/espresso/tickets/templates/

This now works… thank you
