Problems with registration – error message

Hi,
We’ve just updated to Version 3.1.30.4P
Since the update, when people want to book our events, they get this message after entering all their details and clicking on the “order” button: sorry there was a security error and your registration was not saved
This is super inconvenient for us and I hope you can help us resolve this problem asap.

Please make sure all of the add-ons are at their current versions.

If you have 3.1.30 (or greater), you should now have a System Status page in your Event Espresso menu, which displays a list of all your plugins.

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for your reply. I checked, all of the add-ons/plugins are at their current versions and the error is still an issue. Nobody can book any events on our sites at the moment!

Hi there,

Can you try updating to Event Espresso 3.1.30.5 and post a link to the registration page so we can investigate further?
