Problems with Promotions

After Promotions was installed and activated only one promotion was possible. The “add more promotions” button is still missed, I can’t edit the one promotion and the whole backend page of promotion topic doesn’t work.

Anyone out there with an idea what to do?

Hi there,

Are you logged in as an administrator?

Can you go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> Reset/Delete Data

Then click the ‘Reset Event Espresso Capabilities’ button – http://take.ms/JsI4Z

That will confirm the administrator role has all of the required EE capabilities.

Then view the promotions section, does it work then?
