Hi, We are having trouble with handling payments. Out of the 4 times i have tried to test the payment options it has only actually worked once. The errors I am getting are these two: An error has occurred: I have disabled W3 Total Cache and that did enable me to process one payment but after that it broke again. You can reach the payment page via the buy now button on this page: http://meditateincopenhagen.org/2016/events/buy-clip-card/ |
This sounds like a caching issue, and it’s disrupting the flow of the checkout before you even get to the point where it processes payments. The solution may be to reactivate the W3 Total Cache plugin, then go to its settings page and disable the various caching settings there. If you suspect there is still caching happening on your server (at the server level) you can contact your host to see if there is any server-level caching going on, and maybe they can disable it. |

I have re-enabled caching and added every page I could think of to the list of pages not to cache. Do you have a list of pages you would recommend so I can make sure I didn’t miss one? Also I am now sometimes getting this error: I will also contact the host and see if they offer any suggestions. |
Hello, We have a tutorial for W3 total cache and Event Espresso 4 here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-nocache-exclusion-rules-event-espresso/#w3totalcache /events/ If your page slugs are different then you’ll want to add those to the no-cache rules instead of the default ones in the tutorial above. — |
