Hello,
Since we have the version 2.25 on Android is not working on different devices like Samsung V8,V4 it shows us the following error
“Sorry, you are not allowed to list events. Missing permissions: ee_read_event”.
We verify the suggests at https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-event-apps/#troubleshooting and everything is correct here.
Even our IO devices work properly.
We have configured the REST API Log and we see that our requests on Android does not register the user, but IO its work!
Please any idea or suggest to know what its happening?

Hi there,
Are you logging in as an admin on the app?
If not can you try logging in with the admin account and confirm if it works using that, please?

Yes of course! we are logging in as an admin user account but it doesn’t work

Hi there,
Can you try logging into the app with all other plugins deactivated, with one of the default twenty* themes activated, and a clear .htaccess file set up? You can make a backup of the current .htaccess file, then generate a new out as outlined here.

This request I can not do … because it is in production ….
Also my settings should be fine because with the Samsung Tab 2 and version 2.24 works correctly.
