Problems with event description after installing new theme

I installed a new theme and now when I open the administration page of an event the rich text editor in the description area is not working anymore. It doesn’t show all the buttons, It doesn’t show content of event description field under the graphical mode, and when I switch between graphical/HTML mode everything in the description area goes blank. What could be the problem?

Hi,

It is likely that the theme is modifying the editor (usually to add more buttons). You could try installing this plugin to remove those buttons in Event Espresso pages https://github.com/joshfeck/remove-extra-editor-buttons
