Problems upgrading to 3.1.27

Our plug in page tells me that 3.1.27 is available but we can’t upgrade because:
“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”
We only have one domain, so I am confused by the message – I had hoped that auto upgrades would make life easier and 3.1.26 went smoothly but now we don’t appear to be able to update at all – any ideas please

I have reset your license key. Let us know if you have any more problems.

We have successfully applied the 3.1.27 upgrade. This issue is now resolved – thank you.
