Hello,

I have a problem with the Edit Event page (link like : wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_events&action=edit&post=1304).
When I try to open a ticket detail via gear icon the detail row doesn’t open and the console show these errors.

I have to mention that we have moved the site in another dedicated server, but it has the same hardware and configuration or I hope it at least.
I spent a lot of time to find a solution and then I am here. Do you have any ideas to how solve the issue? Some php library are missing?
Thanks in advance,
Simone

Hi Simone,

Usually that type of issue is the result of a plugin or theme conflict. Here’s a link to some information on how to troubleshoot that:

Hi Simone,

Can you provide any details on the cause?

If it’s a plugin conflict we can add the plugin to our known conflicts list.

Dear Tony,

it was a plugin conflict about Paid Membership pro Plugin, version: 1.8.5.3.
It was strongly customised by a colleague, so I think you can get any useful information about it.

I tried to disable all plugin and activated one by one but it didn’t sort the issue. Strangely, if I enabled the Paid Membership Plugin as last, everything works.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t spend a lot of time to investigate.

Sorry if it don’t help,
Simone
