Problem with Resend Ticket Notice

All the email notices are working except for the Resend Ticket Notice button. The resend registration detail works perfectly but the Resend Ticket Notice is not sending the “Print your tickets” email. Purchase is “Approved” and the customer got the original “Print your tickets” email but not the resend email.

Hello,

When you go to Event Espresso –> Messages and then look at the Ticket Notice message type, does it appear with blue links like this?

If it does not, then one or more of those recipients are turned off.

You can turn it back on by clicking on the greyed-out recipient link and then adding a shortcode to the TO field and saving.

Primary Registrant needs [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_EMAIL]

Registrant needs [RECIPIENT_EMAIL]
