Problem with registration by mollie ideal.

When the client register on the event “KNO VIDEO-ENDOSCOPIE SYMPOSIUM” and follow the register steps the are redirect to ideal (by Mollie) and pay the event this event. But the problem is that the event status stay on incomplete after the client pay the event. Does anyone know what the problem is.

Hi,

Do the registrations stay ‘Incomplete’ or are they changed to ‘Completed’ shortly afterwards? (But after the customer has arrived at the thank you page)

If you enable test mode within the iDeal gateway and run a registration, does the same happen?

The registrations stay Incomplete. This doen’t happen for all registrations but only for a select few. The others are all set to complete.

In the test mode it works fine for me.

Unfortunately as this is working intermittently it will be hard to troubleshoot.

Is there any pattern to the registrations that do not complete?

You could try installing the Simplified Transaction Template on your ‘Transactions’ page.

If you look within /wp-content/uploads/espresso/logs do you find any errors in relation to iDeal/Mollie?
