When the client register on the event “KNO VIDEO-ENDOSCOPIE SYMPOSIUM” and follow the register steps the are redirect to ideal (by Mollie) and pay the event this event. But the problem is that the event status stay on incomplete after the client pay the event. Does anyone know what the problem is.
Do the registrations stay ‘Incomplete’ or are they changed to ‘Completed’ shortly afterwards? (But after the customer has arrived at the thank you page)
If you enable test mode within the iDeal gateway and run a registration, does the same happen?
If you look within /wp-content/uploads/espresso/logs do you find any errors in relation to iDeal/Mollie?
