If you go to your account page. Copy the license. (NOT the ending _FREE)
Then on your site go to Event Espresso -> General Setting. Input you license key and save the settings.
However, if your license is already there, please remove it (cut), save the settings. Replace the key (Paste) and re-save the settings once more.
That will link your license.
If you prefer you could also post a link here and we can take a look, but if you link your license we will not need to ask for it within future threads 🙂
However I have registered onto 2 events now (Attendee = TonyEETest) with no issues. Is this for a particular event? Can you explain the steps to reproduce?
I see you have made multiple customisations to the sites template files, its hard to say currently but any of those customisations could cause this issue.
