I have set that the that dollar promotion is made after tax, but still the promotion is made before tax. What should I do, so that the promotions works properly?
Can you outline the exact settings you’ve changed, including how you’ve set the taxable amount within the event? We can investigate further with that information.
I checked your screenshots and from the information given, you’ll actually need to set “Alennukset vaikuttavat verotukseen” (Promotions Affect Taxes) to “Kyllä” (Yes).
Thanks. OK, the problem was Finnish translation, it is misleading. Can I ask another question? It is possible to use several VAT-% in prices, we in Finland have three different precent to different ticket types? Now I just use one, that 10%, because I didn’t not find way to use also 14% and 24%?
Do you mean you need to add 10%, 14%, and 24% taxes all to the same ticket? If so, yes, you add more taxes in Event Espresso > Pricing and when you check the box “This ticket is taxable” then all three tax amounts will be applied.
If you mean you need to apply different tax rates to different tickets, then no, the EE4 tax feature can’t be used that way. What you could do instead though is use the Ticket’s Price Modifier Surcharge feature and add a percent surcharge.
The second one is my problem. Different tax rates to different tickets. I will try that percent surcharge.
