When the user selects stripe and goes to processed to payment, they get the following error message: –
An error has occurred: The billing form was not submitted or something prevented it’s submission. EE_SPCO_Reg_Step_Payment_Options – _billing_form_is_valid – 2032
If you then go back and try again, the error disappears?
The site has been working fine for several years but recently the radio button disappeared. I got them fixed, but now this problem has started.
Please help.

Hi there,
It looks like you are using WP-Optimize on the site and minifying all of the JS files on the checkout page which then throws an error when the payment method is selected (when you initially select the payment method nothing happens for me, reloading the page shows the pay option).
If you disable the JS minification feature within WP-Optimize does the checkout process work as expected then?
