Problem with license key

Hello –

Our site was recently provided an SSL certificate and I am wondering if that triggered an issue as now Event Espresso is saying that our support lic key is being used on two different sites, when it should be still only being used on salesforcegolfclients.com Please let me know what I need to do to rectify the situation.

Hi Brenden,

I have reset your license key.

You’ll need to go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the license key (cut), save the settings, replace the key (paste) and save the settings once more. Be sure to check for whitespace before/after the key before saving.

You will also receive an email with these instructions.

Please let me know if you have any further problems.
