Hi, we have purchased the WordPress User Integration add-on, but when we try to download it we receive the next message: 503 ( Invalid Key ): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact Support for assistance.

Is there an other way to get the add-on?

Thanks, Bea

Hi Bea,

My apologies for the trouble, I’ve updated your account to fix this.

Can you please try downloading the add-on now and let me know if you run into any issues?

Hi Tony, Thank you for fixing this issue for us. I can download it now.

I have an other question. Is it possible to import data from the The Events Calendar plugin? Because we have used that plugin before and would be nice to migrate the events, registrations etc…

Thanks, Bea

Not currently, we don’t have any import features for other events plugins at this time.

However, I will add this to our feature request list to see if we can do something in the future.

Correct, we can’t import any data over at this time.

However, if the other event plugin has a CSV export function you could export the registrations and use the attendee importer to import them onto specific events.

You will need to do that per each individual event as the add-on allows you to select a specific event and ticket from that event to import registrations from a CSV.

So export registrations from Event 1 on Events Calendar to CSV, import those into Event A within EE using the add-on.

Export registrations from Event 2 on Events Calendar to CSV, import those into Event B within EE using the add-on.

And so on. It will still take some time to do but quicker than manually recreating each individual registration:
