Problem Finding Registration ID

Hello,

I did a live test and once the payment is process (through the Moneris hosted pay page) I am sent back to my site (what is meant to be the “thank you” page, as that appears in url) with the error that reads: There was a problem finding your Registration ID. Additionally, I never received an email…

Please help! I checked our Moneris account and the payments did go through.

I forgot to add: On the backend of our site the payment also did not go through, though the charge was made on the card.

Are you running a current version of the Event Espresso software?

Could you double-check that your settings for Moneris are correct:
