Hi there, I’m having trouble adding my license key to my site. I looked at for where to put the key. However, in my dashboard, there simply isn’t a box for the key. The organization settings page contains all the other fields that the reference page says it should except a place for the key. Now, I know I can manually update the plugin (and have done so before) but I would very much like to be able to set the key for automatic upgrades. I’m on WP 3.9.1 with EE4 including the event calendar add-on. Event Espresso is and has been working fine but needs to be upgraded from 4.2.7 to 4.3.1 Any help would be great. Thanks |

There was supposed to be a link in the second sentence of my initial post stating that I looked at the following page for where to put the key. |
Hi Russell, The support license key should be within Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Your Organisation (I know you’ve already mentioned this) and should be loading on the top of the page – http://take.ms/x3eVH So to confirm is that not loading at all? |

Thanks for the response, Here’s three screenshots showing the entirety of my organization page (The fields are normally filled in appropriately but I’ve removed them for screenshots in the interest of general privacy) |
Thank you for the screenshots. That’s a strange issue. Is the site running on a LAMP stack? It could be a plugin/theme conflict or possibly a permissions issue (although would seem strange to be so) you can test out a theme issue using ‘Theme Test Drive‘ which allows you to activate another theme only for site admins, try activating a default theme such as TwentyFourteen and recheck that page. |

Sorry I’ve been busy and haven’t looked at this since last week. We seem to have resolved the issue. For the record, we are running a LAMP stack and changing themes did not cause it to appear. However, we are running WordPress Multisite and that seems to have been the issue. We looked on the Network Admin page and activated the plugin network wide. In the Network admin page we were able to put the key in properly. This is a minor inconvenience though because now we have to manually suppress our other sites and admins from using it. It would be nice if it could only be activated on the one site. Thanks for your help though. It did eventually lead us to a solution. |
