Hello, |
Hi there, If you’d like to use promotional codes with the Multi Event Registration cart checkout, you can set the “Allow discounts in the shopping cart?” option to yes in Event Espresso>General Settings. |

I just checked this option and it is already set to yes, but i yessed it again and then refreshed. there is still no promotional code box showing in the cart. Is there anything else that could cause this? Thank you. |
Hi there, There are other things that can cause this. Which version of Event Espresso is installed, and are there any files in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates? If so, when were these files copied over, and which files are in that location? |

Thanks for your response. Here’s what I have in there: |
Hi there, Was there any reason that all of the template files were copied over? These older templates are overriding the new templates in the core Event Espresso plugin. I would recommend changing the name of the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates folder so that the new templates will load instead. The templates from October would not have had the Promotional code box for the Multi-event reg forms. You can rename the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates directory by going to Event Espresso>Template settings. If the file permissions allow, there will be a button that will automatically rename the folder for you. |

Hi Josh, Not sure how those files got in there. I vaguely remember clicking something in template settings and wondering what I had done. Anyway, I just renamed the folder as you suggested and it completely fixed the problem. The promotional code box appears now in the cart as it should. Thanks so much for your help. |
