Printing tickets breaks style of the ticket

We’ve got a custom layout for our tickets edited simply in the EE messages. When we go and want to print this page as is, the design changes and the ticket doesn’t fit the page.

How can we ensure printing will print exactly what is on the ticket url?

Can you link me to a ticket for a test registration so I can see what is happening, please?

Hi,

What you could do is add some inline CSS for print to your ticket template.

e.g. <style>@media print{.ticket{border:none;}}</style>
