Hello,
I am implementing EE4 for our after school program. I have a few questions?
1. Is there any solution to print labels with all attendees, using a label sheet standard like Avery, 2 labels per row. We use this to identify kids in every class (event). The label will have further info from the questionnaire.
2. Other than the CSV export, is there any way to configure an online roster?
3. How can we provide access to our coordinators to do certain parts of EE4? Is there any document with the roles/capabilities?

Hi,

I’ll follow up with each of your questions below:

1. Is there any solution to print labels with all attendees, using a label sheet standard like Avery, 2 labels per row. We use this to identify kids in every class (event). The label will have further info from the questionnaire.

I’m not aware of a readymade solution that outputs labels in two columns, but you can open the CSV report into a spreadsheet app, remove unneeded columns, then arrange to match a format supported by a mail merge that can do the labels.

2. Other than the CSV export, is there any way to configure an online roster?

By configure an only roster, do you mean print a list of attendees for an event? If so, yes, you place the [ESPRESSO_EVENT_ATTENDEES] shortcode onto a post or page.

3. How can we provide access to our coordinators to do certain parts of EE4? Is there any document with the roles/capabilities?

Yes, https://eventespresso.com/wiki/event-espresso-4-roles-permissions/
