Hi there,

176kb is correct, I’ve just downloaded the zip from my account and re-uploaded it onto a couple of test sites to confirm it works (it did).

A page not found error when uploading a plugin suggests somethig is blocking/killing the connection.

Have you tried downloading a plugin from wp.org directly and uploading that, do you get the same error?

Something like https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/

Do you FTP access to the server?

I don’t see the Printable Tickets extension as an option at wordpress.org

You won’t see the printable tickets add-on on wp.org as we host it ourselves, that’s why I asked if you’d tried a plugin and linked to ‘Check email’ as a test.

Download the above plugin and try to install that, does it work?

You may not be able to install any plugins manually, in which case you’ll need to contact your host and have them investigate.

If you have FTP access you can install the plugin manually, but if you don’t have those details you’ll need to request them from your host (I’m just trying to find a quick option to get the plugin installed on your site).

Do you have access to a control panel with your hosts? If so, does that have a file manager?
