Printable ticket problem

I’m having problems with the printable tickets design option. I know where it’s supposed to be located all that is showing is the “ticket notice” but there’s no “ticket” option. I looked on both pages, I deactivated and re-activated, uninstalled and reinstalled bother the plug and the core plugin. I also went into “settings” and turned on the email settings. I also disabled all my other plugins and everything is up to date. Please help!

Hi Steve,

Can you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings (tab)

Click the HTML setting and you should see a ‘ticket’ element there –

Move that block to the ‘Inactive message types’ section, wait a few seconds and move it back.

Now go to the Default Message Templates tab.

Check for the ticket message there (note there will likely be multiple pages).

Does it show then?
