Looks like everything is set and ready to go… however the link to “Print your tickets” from the registration email links to mysite home page.

Is there a required landing page with a shortcode needed? Like http://www.mysite.com/print_ticket

it looks like the “print your ticket” link populates a random link: Here’s what a test sent me:
https://www.jesterzimprov.com/?ee=ee-txn-tickets-url&token=1-751ba930ecc1675de9baff5680d6c460

What page is this suppose to send me/them to?

Hi there,

The above URL doesn’t take the user to a ‘page’. EE handles the requests and loads the ticket. Here’s an example from our demo site:

https://demoee.org/?ee=ee-txn-tickets-url&token=1-ff39f2f3888fd8d237f1e7cfb48dd6dc&GRP_ID=1&id=0

It’s not a page but EE loading the ticket template on the request through the EE message system.

The above can happen for a few reasons, so lets start with the easy ones to fix.

Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates.

In that list, do you have a ‘ticket’ template listed? (Note you may have multiple pages of templates, if so check all pages but clicking the next page on the bottom right).

Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings.

Click the HTML section, is the toggle on the right green? (Meaning that section is active) and do you have a ticket template listed in the active section?

Like this – https://monosnap.com/file/8qKsSZYuPYmUQ3TZtbWNyeypMe1dLh

If it’s not active, you need to click the toggle to active that section and make sure the ticket is in the active section.

If its already active, drag the ticket template to the inactive section on the right, wait a few seconds and move it back.

Does the above link work for you now?

If not go tp Event Espresso -> Registrations.

On any of the registrations listed there, click the icon, do the tickets load then?

FIXED. The step I was missing is dragging the ticket to the HTML. I was working only in the email and only found the ticket notification. Thank you.
